Good features, but the free trial was a little short for me.

I've tried a few different messaging platforms before, but Heyy definitely has some cool stuff going on. The Instagram DM Automation really caught my eye, and it works pretty well! Setting it up was straightforward, and it saved me a bunch of time. My main hang-up was that the 14-day free trial just wasn't quite enough time for me to fully test everything out and integrate it into my workflow. I felt a bit rushed to make a decision, which was a shame because I liked what I saw.

Great value on yearly plan

Solid platform, minor hiccup

I tried Heyy primarily for their Multi-Channel Messaging Platform and the Automated Sales Assistant. The setup process for integrating with WhatsApp and Messenger was mostly smooth, though I did need to check their FAQs a couple of times for some specific settings. The AI Employee handles routine questions quite well, which has been a definite plus for our support team. I appreciate the analytics dashboard too; it's useful for tracking performance. The only small thing was that it took a little longer than expected to get the full WhatsApp Business API integration approved on Meta's side, but that's not really Heyy's fault. Overall, it's a very capable platform and offers good value for the price.

I've used both. ManyChat is good for basic stuff, but Heyy's AI 'employees' feel more advanced for actually handling complex queries and sales. For just DM auto-replies, ManyChat is fine, but Heyy steps it up.

Heyy is way better for like, actual conversations and qualifying leads automatically. ManyChat is more flow-based, Heyy tries to act more human. Depends on what you need, but I prefer Heyy for deeper interactions.
